  Arrival was perfect, receptionist was friendly, professional and informative. All communal areas are clean and tidy. Room was a little dated but more than adequate for our needs and was spotless. All staff were friendly and helpful. The complex is in a perfect location for access to everything. Would definitely recommend and return.

  Wow. Clean and the cleaners are always out and making sure that there isn't any chance to get rubbish etc. Close to the restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the sea front. Reception friendly and always welcoming.

  My 11 year old daughter asked for diluted orange which wasn't available but was offered RED BULL AS AN ALTERNATIVE !

  Stayed in villa Florida for ten days . we loved everything about this place. The cleaner's came every day with clean towels and toilet roll. The staff in reception were all so helpful always had a smile nothing was to must trouble for them. Two life guards one really nice the other not. The pool bar had a lovely gentleman working in it give my girl two free ice creams, the food in the pool bar not that good but the drink is good. Pool lovely and warm .. Loved this place so much will book it for 2 weeks in August can't wait..

  The floors were not cleaned after the last guests, hairs & sand everywhere. The ceiling fan was detaching from the ceiling, that was So Frightening ! Reception staff Totally Unhelpful, i personally called upon a cleaning lady to please clean our apartment which she kindly did however the staining (old blood) mould from the bath could not be removed, & the most horrible smell that was horrendous.

  The flooring all around the apartment area is a danger with wet feet, the tiles which also lead to the upstairs apartments do not have any grip & i feel this is highly important to hi-lite, unfortunately myself & my 11 year old daughter both slipped luckily no serious injury but for a person of older years it is Extremely Dangerous.

  Internet is shiet. And I got a wrong room I got old one and I bought an renovated one. Views are only roofs. Those are bad things goodthing:pool is good and reception nice. You can relax outside

  The SO Called Bar where refreshments are available opened for about 4 hours per day & closed saturday & sunday. Gino the bar attendant will greet with an attitude of "what do you want" !

  Anybody thinking this ia a family friendly place to go, forget it. Kids are not allowed any little soft balls, water toys, floats ect into the pool. Luckily they are allowed to swim ! Shouting & laughter is not appreciatedby the life guards where children are corrected about "noise"

  The pool closes at 7pm sharp, infact they make it so uncomfortable by 6.30pm its easier to leave. When challenged about leaving the pool area so early where our beds were taken from us we were told we were not Even Allowed To Sit At The Pool Area BUT WE COULD SIT ON THE FLOOR ! Melina the receptionist was called upon & she granted permission to sit on The Floor at a distance away from the pool area !
